PAVEL SHUMANOV - BALKAN VICE-CHAMPION
From 31.July to 2.August in Turkey was held the Balkan Championship road cycling for boys and men. Once again athletes of Hemus - 1896 - Trojan is an excellent and won two gold and two silver medals, which proved that the 2009 "Hemus - 1896" club is ¹ 1 of Balkan Peninsula.
In the men's course individually clock victory snatched our rider Vladimir Koev only 12 sec. the other remained our representative Paul Shumanov and the Third place is the Greek cyclist Sakelaridis.
In the boys age group in the same discipline Yovcho Yovchev won a silver medal and the vice-champion title. In total 120 km course start for adolescents Yovcho Yovchev was peremptory and exclusive ride after winning Balkan title with more than 2 minutes to advance its competitors.
