Vladimir Koev and Svetoslav Chanliev - champions in the most attractive subjects' points race and scratch race.

From 11. to 12.July 2009 in Razgrad was held the Man's National Individual and Team Track Cycling Championship. Team "Hemus - 1896" won the 1st place in the final team standings to teams of Burgas" and "Tsar Simeon" - Plovdiv. In individual subjects Svetoslav Chanliev grabbed championship in scratch race, and points race hegemony of our athletes was full as they took the first three places: Vl. Koev - I-st place, Evgini Balev II-nd and III Yovcho Yovchev place.

Evgeni Balev became champion in the discipline in 4000 m individual pursuit, and St. Chanliev is decorated with a bronze medal. In view of the fact that our riders are mainly road cyclists and very rarely tkae part in track racing events, this is a very great success.
